The K2 Light Therapy Promise

At K2 Light Therapy, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every K2 Light Therapy device comes with a 3-year base warranty—giving you peace of mind with your purchase.

*Only Applies to Devices purchased after 4/1/2025. Warranty for devices purchased before 4/1/2025 is 2 years.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and product malfunctions that occur under normal use. If your device stops working due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Refunds, however, are only available within the first 30 days from the day you receive your order, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What Does The Warranty Not Cover?

Our warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functionality
Damage from improper use (e.g., using with non-approved power sources)
