Satisfaction Guarantee
K2 Light Therapy stands by our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee – if you are not satisfied with your K2 Light Therapy purchase for any reason, simply return the product with its included accessories and packaging. If you are unhappy with your K2 Light Therapy device or would like to exchange or upgrade your device for a different unit — we’re happy to accommodate your request within 30 days of receiving your device.
Refunds
If the product is returned in accordance with this Return Policy, K2 Light Therapy will credit your original payment method used to make the purchase, including any applicable taxes (excluding shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified). You can expect your refund within approximately 10 business days of the product being received at our warehouse
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with the size of your device, you can exchange or upgrade it for another unit. Please note that if you exchange a larger unit for a smaller one, we will refund the difference between the two devices (including any original discount or promo code applied). To upgrade to a larger unit, you will need to pay the difference between the smaller and larger devices (including the original discount or promo code you used). Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your device to request a return. Customers are responsible for purchasing a shipping label and returning the device back to K2 Light Therapy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Please click the button below to request a refund or begin an exchange.

How Long Do I Have To Return My K2 Light Therapy?
All home device purchases are eligible for return within 30 days from the day you receive your order, as long as the terms of the trial period are not violated. All commercial device sales (Premier, Ultimate, Bed) are final and are not eligible for return under our policy.
What Is Your Trial Period Policy?
Unless otherwise communicated, K2 Light Therapy products come with a thirty (30) day trial period (the “Trial Period”) for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories, and parts at any time before the Trial Period expires. If any part of the product or packaging is missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct the missing amount from the refund at our discretion. Any loss or damage to the product will void the refund. Returns must be postmarked before the end of the Trial Period. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Can I Get A Full Refund If I Was Already Issued A Partial Refund?
If, at your request, we issue any partial refund for any reason during the 30-day Trial Period, the Trial Period will be voided. After receiving a partial refund, you will no longer be eligible to return the product under the Trial Period policy.
Do You Accept International Returns?
If you are located outside of the United States and wish to return your product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that the original shipping fee charged at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
